Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. All Purchases Are Final

Subscription payments and credit pack purchases are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused credits, or accidentally-purchased subscriptions. Please review your selection carefully before completing checkout.

3. What Happens After You Cancel

  • Future charges stop immediately.
  • You retain access to your paid plan and its credits through the end of your current billing period.
  • At the end of that period, your account reverts to the Free plan. Any remaining account credits stay available until you spend them.
  • Your account, Enfermos, task history, and writing profile remain intact — you can resubscribe later from where you left off.

4. Credits

Credits are deducted live as agent work runs — your balance updates during the run. If you cancel or downgrade, you keep the credits already on your account, but new subscription credit grants stop once the paid period ends. When your remaining balance reaches zero, you need to re-subscribe to continue using Enfermal. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for a refund under any circumstance.

5. Failed Tasks

Credits are deducted live as work runs. If the agent stops before meaningful progress (for example, an immediate error or refusal), you typically are not charged. Once work has started, credits already deducted are generally not refunded — including when a target site blocks automation or the agent cannot complete the task and falls back to a draft for manual review. AI inference costs are incurred whether or not the result is what you wanted.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please email support@enfermal.com before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. We respond to all good-faith billing inquiries and will work with you to resolve issues directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
